Theodore Roberts is an ‘Old English gent’ character/ pseudonym I created initially in response to a design brief I received from a client, who wanted some artwork with a Mid Century Modern feel, inspired by the work of the Great Bardfield group. The brief became the perfect opportunity to utilise my love of Printmaking. I liked Theodore so much that I decided to continue to develop the body of work adorned with his name. All of the prints are designed & produced by hand using traditional Printmaking techniques.
